Macnut Honey Butter French Toast
4 thick slices 1 1/2 inches Brioche bread
3 large eggs
9 Tbsp Half and Half
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp of Banan mac nut honey butter
2 Tbsp soft unsalted butter.
4 tablespoons Macadamia nut honey butter mixed with 2 tablespoons of the best maple syrup for easy spread!
Organic icing sugar for dusting
fresh berries of your choice
If the brioche slice is a perfect square, then cut each slice of brioche in half diagonally into triangles.
Spread a tablespoon of Banan mc nut honey butter only on one side of the brioche
Beat together the eggs, half and half and vanilla in a bowl with a fork.
Heat (medium heat) 4 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet until it starts to foam, make sure the butter covers the whole bottom, if not add more butter.
Dip each side of the brioche bread into the egg milk mixture and then pop them onto the hot skillet.
Cook until golden brown on the bottom side, then carefully flip over and cook until the other side is golden brown.
Arrange two slices on a plate. Spread each slice with one tablespoon of the mc nut honey butter maple syrup. Top with berries and dust with organic icing sugar!
